Great question! I'll be able to share app recommendations and resources to help you get all set up. What kind of products do you currently sell on Etsy? I'd love to hear more!

In regards to finding apps to help with integrating Etsy to Shopify, we have a wide variety within our app store. Apps like Etsy Integration & Sync can automatically sync your stores orders, prices, inventory, images, variations and meta fields. You can also view tracking details and fulfillment for an order / order's shipping status when you log into the app Etsy Integration & Sync.

A second app recommendation is Shuttle - Sync with Etsy. The app can help transfer and update your products between Etsy and Shopify. A few beneficial features of the app include: transferring reviews from Etsy to Shopify, transfer orders, send alerts when there is low stock and auto transfer products. 

Feel free to browse each app within the Shopify App Store, or search for additional Etsy migration apps. If you'd like to learn more about each app I recommend reading each of the beneficial features they have to offer. For assistance with integrating the app(s) to your store, you can contact the third-party app developer directly. The contact can be located on the app page using the Get Support option under Support.

Additionally, if you're looking to migrate from Etsy to Shopify, you can use our help center resource to first export your shop data, customers, products from Etsy, and import into Shopify.

Hi,

I'm trying to understand the Shopify's fees when I use Etsy Integration & Sync.

Do you charge transaction fees for an order made in Etsy and imported to shopify? (i.e will I pay for the same order twice - once to etsy and second to Shopify?)

Great question!

When processing or placing an order through Etsy and then imported to Shopify, we do not charge transaction fees. If the order was placed through Shopify's checkout, we would then charge a transaction fee. If the app Etsy Integration & Sync is just importing orders checked out on Etsy and recording them for inventory and accounting purposes and this never goes through the Shopify checkout, then there will be no transaction fee on our end.

You'll need to review Etsy's payments and how they charge transaction fees, as this is the app where orders will be placed on.
