Hello, I had a coffee store which I didn't want anymore so I deactivated it  and closed it, but i had an app there called spreadr. I closed the store but the app spreadr still keeps taking the monthly subscription, how can I cancel the subscription of the spreadr app . When i go to tis website and log in it just takes me to my closed shopify app which says that the store is closed. I could try to reactivate the store and delete the app from there but it says i have to choose a plan again, do you know if by choosing a new plan if it will charge the 30$ straigh away? Please help guys and text me on my Gmail. ahmad.ahmadov.92@gmail.com. thank you

Hey @AhmadAhmadov.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is super helpful. In order for us to take a look into the charges that you have received, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner and discuss the charges you have received with a Support Advisor.

If you are unable to login to your store, you can select the option to Continue without logging in. Once you have either successfully logged into your store or selected the second option - you will be directed to our Help Center. Type in what you would like to get assistance with in the search bar to view any related articles, you should then see the option to Get Support located below the search results.

Let me know if you have any questions.
