How to cancel Loox Reviews subscription after deactivating a store?

I deactivated my store but did not cancel the Loox review subscription. Will I be charged the monthly on loox ? If yes how to cancel it when I do not have the access to settings ?

Hi @romanchik ,

Have you downgraded or uninstalled the Loox app before deactivating your store?

When you opt for Shopify's Pause and Build plan, the billing cycles for third-party app charges will proceed normally in line with Shopify's policy on app charges. To avoid incurring charges while your store is paused, Shopify advises removing any third-party apps that incur regular fees.

Hi, Thanks for your response but I guess you did not read my question. I deactivated the shopify store but did not know that I even have a Loox subscription so I did not uninstalled the Loox app. Is there any way I can do it now when the store is not there anymore ? Thanks

Have you contacted Loox app support for help? If you can not access your store to downgrade the app, you can ask them for the solution.
