How to categorize Shopify products in QuickBooks correctly?

When entering new products and variants into my Shopify, I am finding when it gets sent to my QuickBooks, it always goes to Uncategorized Sales. How can I set the product or variant up to make sure it goes to the income account that I need it to, anyone?
