How to categorize wine products by color, sweetness, and body level?

Any app (or themes?) suggestions for following needs?

- We are a wine shop

- We tag products by color (red, white etc), sweetness level (dry, off-dry, sweet), varietal aka type of grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay etc), Body level (Light, Medium, Full) and various other kinds of tags.

- Want to group tags by same tag categories mentioned above

- Currently, the tags are just in alphabetical orders, so it's troublesome to narrow down

- Ideally, the app/theme allows to select multiple tags and narrow down with multiple layers
