How to change App Card subtitle after app submission feedback

After submitting my first Shopify app, the app submission feedback was, to change the App Card subtitle. This is something I set when preparing the submission.

 

However, that page is now replaced with a  "go to review details" page where I cannot edit fields like App Card subtitle. 

 

Where do I change the App Card subtitle (or other things, like screenshots etc) when the app is in this status?

When your Shopify app is in review, the submission page that originally allowed you to edit the App Card Subtitle and other details might not be directly accessible. However, you can still make changes via the Shopify Partner Dashboard. Here’s how you can update the app card subtitle or make other edits to your app submission:

Steps to Update App Card Subtitle After Submission:

  1. Go to Shopify Partner Dashboard:

    • Log in to your Shopify Partner account.
    • Navigate to the Apps section.
  2. Find Your App:

    • Locate the app you submitted under the Your apps section.
    • Click on your app to open its details page.
  3. Edit App Details:

    • While your app is in review, you should be able to see an Edit App button or an option to manage app details.
    • In this section, you should be able to edit various details, including:
      • App Name
      • App Card Subtitle
      • App Description
      • App Screenshots
      • Pricing Plans
  4. Make Changes:

    • Change the App Card Subtitle to something that better fits the feedback you received.
    • You can also update screenshots or any other details that might have been flagged.
  5. Resubmit for Review:

    • After making the necessary updates, save the changes.
    • Depending on the situation, you may need to resubmit your app for review if the changes require further approval.
  6. Contact Shopify Support (if needed):

    • If you can’t find the options to update the subtitle, or if the submission page is completely inaccessible, you can contact Shopify Partner support to clarify how to proceed with the update. They might offer specific guidance on where to make the change.

Hi, thanks for your (swift) response! 

 

Unfortunately, in the apps section there is no "your apps" section (see earlier screenshot). But there is a list of apps with 1 app in it, mine, and if I click to details, there is no "Edit app" button.

 

Also the app status is not "In review", it is "Reviewed". So it looks like this is not the way to go I'm afraid. Somehow the status "Reviewed" blocks editing these fields...
