How to consolidate all sales data in one place using an app?

Hi there! 

I am sure this exists as Shopify Apps are amazing but we are looking for something that can do the following:

We have a retail store inside a department store and therefore all of the in-store sales go through the department stores systems and not ours. We manually track this via excel but are looking for a way to combine this with our Shopify sales in Shopify also so we get clear overviews of what we have sold, inventory, sell through etc. 

We are also looking for an app that tracks margin a bit better than we do now! 

Any advice would be most welcome!
