I can't access support chat at all. When I open the link you've provided, I am instructed to select my store, and then once I do I'm just bumped back to the support forum.
I'm on the "pause and build" plan and I'm not able to cancel my plan. My billing section is greyed out and when I look at my plan details, there is no other information than that I'm getting charged $9/month for pause and build.
What can I do? Is there support email or a phone number? Thanks
My mistake. I was logged in with my staff account. 😕 All is good now.
