Good morning,
As the product is physical and requires shipping, the connect states that a weight must be entered. In the listing I do see a field titled ‘weight’ though there is no indication how the information should be entered.
As the product is 4 ounces, I have tried entering:
4 ounces
4oz
4 oz
0.25lb
Each of these results in an error state claiming the listing requires the weight to be specified and it must be greater than 0.
How would I go about resolving this?

Thanks but I discovered the answer on my own.
the field for weight within the marketplace connect app is not evaluated by the system at all. The weight must be set on the Shopify item listing directly in the products area.
