How to create a recipe membership store similar to Bon Apetit or Food and Wine

Hello, 
I am interested in selling recipes on my Shopify store and would love some guidance. My goal is to sell them through an online membership similar to other food blogs like Bon Appetit and FOod and Wine, where the audience has access to both free and paid (via monthly membership) recipes. 

E.g. readers will be able to see all of the recipes but once the recipe is selected, that's when they'll find out if it's free or paid. If it's free they will see the entire recipe, but if it's part of the membership they will only see half of the recipe and they would need to 'sign up for the membership to see the rest of the recipe. 

Is there a way or an app that would allow me to achieve this?
