How to create an image gallery with size filters on your website?

We are looking to add an image gallery with the ability for site visitors to upload their own photos and for us to be able to manually upload, it would be of them wearing the product and the size they wear.

We would then tag the images by the size of each product then have a sort or filter by size  along the top.
