How to create purchase orders with specific functions on an app?

Hi, 

We are looking for an app that allows us to create purchase orders and has the following functions:

1) Shows current stock 

2) Shows our suppliers description (not our product description) 

3) Shows sales for the product over various time periods (e.g. 1 month, 3 month, 12 months) 

4) Shows sales rate over various time periods (e.g. sold 6.5 per week over the last 20 weeks)

5) Shows date last ordered from supplier

6) Shows quantity last ordered from supplier 

7) Allows us to order in either qty (each) or qty (weight)
