How to deal with fraudulent apps and poor customer service on Shopify?

This is to bring to your notice that there are many app ids on shopify from which on one of the apps i have ordered product and received either wrong one or damaged product and when I am trying to contact on that they are non responsive and there is big loop hole on your site that there is no contact number mentioned and only mail id to contact where there is always no one to answer back so there is no customer service type on shopify so i consider even shopify as fraud site where all wrong and false products are sold with hidden app and pure cheating is done.
