How to delete the Facebook commerce shop from Shopify if my Facebook is disable

How do I delete the commerce account without logging in to Facebook? If I deactivate my Facebook & Instagram shops from Shopify, the commerce account be deleted automatically or not?

The thing is my Facebook account is disabled for no reason and I cannot request to review it again. But I have connected my Instagram account to it and it is the commerce account because I connect with Shopify. Currently, I cannot link my Instagram to another new Facebook account due to the commerce account setting.

Please help me!
