How to deliver digital magazine subscriptions with a bonus physical product?

Hello, I am looking for an app (or combination of two) that can do the following things.

- Allow customers to purchase either a single issue or a monthly subscription to a digital magazine

- Automatically add a free bonus product to the cart when they chose the subscription model only (we currently have a solution for this in the EasyGift App)

- Allow us to digitally deliver the new issue each month AND have it send an email to the subscriber. 

Some notes: We are currently using PayWhirl for the subscription, but it does not 1) allow us to add more than one file at a time, so we need to code this on the back end with tags and this is not sustainable 2) It does not email customers when they have a new issue in their magazine subscription.
