How to Disable Shipping & Payment method for specific product Add-On App Required

Hi everyone,
    I am looking to disable these for some products which have too much weight and can not be sent via these options.

• Shipping and Payment Restrictions for user groups.
• Shipping and Payment Restrictions depending on the customer's address.
• Shipping and Payment Restrictions for a specific product.
• Payments Restrictions depending on the min/max cart total.
• Payments Restrictions depending on the selected shipping method.
• Ability to restrict the payment method by default for products (will be available only on those products where this payment method is forcibly enabled).
• Shipping Restrictions depending on the subtotal of the order.
• Shipping Restrictions depending on the product category.
• Information about the applied restrictions in the tab on the product page.

We are looking for these features while migrating from CS-CART TO shopify.

These shopify apps fulfill my requirement but both we have to edit one product two times in both add-ons and we want to simplify work as we have 2000+ products.
