App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi everyone,
I have created a bundle from different products. Each of my products has its own price, but when combined, we give a discount. When an order comes through in the dashboard, we don't see the original price of the item, we see the discounted price.
So for example:
- item 1 costs $5
- item 2 costs $8
- bundled together they cost $11.
The order would show each one costing $5.50 instead of $5 and $8. Our finance team would like to see the original price of the item when they pull in the order into their system. Is there any way to show what that original price was or to edit/override the $5.50 back to $5 and $8?
Thank you,
Angie
Just found a solution for my website (Baliawear.com). Go to edit all Products from the left navigation and select the bundles you want to edit using the checkmarks and click the Bulk edit button on the top right. Select Compare Price field to edit there. Hope that helps!
Thank you so much for this! It worked for me! I was struggling to figure this out!!
