I need help for my shop. Please look at the pictures I made for you (:

How and where can I move the whole thing? You see it's all postponed where can I regulate it. Important: It is only crooked on mobile view.  I want just to edit the mobile view.

I want it to look straight and more professional.

Number 2. 

Where can I change the text of this system notification?
