How to edit the 'Contact Us' page for specific needs?

I did this contact us page, but I don't need to know all the questions but I would need to know something else.

The "Name" would need to be "Contact Name".

I don't need the "Phone Number" part.

And I would need a new part, "Company Name

go to contact.page.liquid and find this seciton and remvoe it

<label for="ContactForm-name">Name</label>

change it to "contact name"

go to theme.scss.liquid and paste the below code at bottom

.ContactForm-phone {
display: none;
}

Sorry but how do I go to contact.page.liquid and theme.scss.liquid?

before editing liquid file, you have to duplicate the theme for backup. then go to edit theme, you will find the all file i told you. 

if you still fell uncomfortable, i can do for you....
