How to effectively manage inventory updates on Shopify?

Hello, 

I have a store in Shopify.  I have a few dropshipping suppliers here.  One of them sends me a CSV. file with updated levels of inventory and new product each week.  They however send the whole file, of about 16K lines including what I already have in the store.  When I try and upload the Shopify CSV.  Plus Inventory updates, I get lots of errors, and with all the lines is overwhelming to manage.  I outsourced this, and paid someone, but I still see products missing.  i.e. i searched the site for the new products on the new weeks CSV. by the dropshipping supplier against what's on the site and the new products are still not in the site!!  How can I double check to make sure inventory is updated as well as new product without having to manually do this. There are lots of product.  I paid someone and I feel like there is no way to really confirm.  If I can find an app that can manage this for me, I don't have to be  paying up money each week for this.  And yet no way to verify this for myself.  

All I need is to make sure my inventory Qtys. are updated with zero errors, and also the new products are updated with zero errors.  

Is there an app for this?   Please help.

You can use my app Stockeo to automate updating your inventory quantities based on a CSV file. 

I'm currently working on an option to automate adding new products too.

Hey there @Lizzy24 ,

For the Quantity Update part specifically, our app EZ Inventory can help with this. 

In the app, you just need to specify the mapping for your product identifier column (such as the SKU or barcode) and the quantity column, and then upload the CSV file.

Please note, however, that our app only supports quantity updates of product variants that already exist in your Shopify store.  It won't be able to add new products in Shopify.
