How to Embed a pop like chat option in frontend page using public app?

I am developing a chat application using public app.
We have developed the public app with authorization but unable to get idea on how to embed chat pop on the frontend page.

I have seen the documentation of shophify on how to embed  the app in admin section but there is no documentation to embed the page on fronthend of the theme via app  

Any idea or suggestion always welcome.
