How to enable detailed customer profiles on Klaviyo for pet food business?

Hi, 

I want our customers to be able to create more in depth profiles on thier accounts. We sell food for small pets. I want them to be able to include:

- Type of pet

- Names of pets

- Dietary requirements

- Product details

- Date of birth

Also some basic functionality like being able to manage thieir subscription, reorder, manage orders etc. 

So within the customer profile it would be profiles for their pets. 

I would like this to tie into Klaviyo so that we can use the info for our profiling and email marketing. 

I know many dog and cat food brands will use apps like this. 

any advice on what apps we could use?

A part of what you mention is provided by the app in my signature: Customer Account Concierge optimizes the performance and look of the account page with features like: customer profile, order history, reorder, recently viewed products, custom pages, wishlist, along with integrated CRM tools from other apps (rewards, subscriptions, print orders, track orders...)

Now you also ask for having additional registration information attached to each of the customer profiles and this is something that this app doesn't provide yet, but probably will in the future. Meanwhile you may want to look for "custom registration form" apps in the app store, to add additional custom fields to the registration form.

Thank you very much, I'll have a look at this. Being able to add the pet info (and for this to integrate with klaviyo) is a part of it we really want to be able to do - but not seeming the easiest! The app you have suggested might be a good start!
