How to ensure customers select shirt size for free gift in Bold App?

We offer a free gift of a tshirt for orders over $50. We used Free Gifts by SecoMapp first but found that the pop up was too glitchy and customers werent selecting their shirt size of seeing the pop up. 

So we switched to the Bold App, which is more reliable but still have many customers not selecting a shirt size for their free gift! 

Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue? Thanks!

I will advise you to use a manual discount code or try other recommended apps by Shopify 

• Product Discount
• Sales Popup — Pop-up Discount
• Daily Deal
• Exclusive Discounts
• Wheelio
• Product Label and Product
• Ominisend
• KLAVIO 

 I recommend the last two apps because they are easy to operate, even,  I just deliver the project recently.
