How to find a reliable tracking app for my Australian delivery business?

Hi! I have been using Shopify for about the last 6 months and have setup a website store using the Buy Button. My client wants a tracking app that can help customers know where their shipment is - they use their own vehicle to make the deliveries. I'm based in Australia. We've tried a few Apps and have had very little luck with them. Any help would be grest.
