How to find an app that charges customers only after meeting the minimum order quantity?

I am looking for an app that will capture customers order and payment info but not charge until I meet a minimum number sold for the item collectively in my shop. Let's say I have to place a wholesale order of 50 things. I want to set it that if we sell 40 of them we will charge customer then I can do my bulk order. But if we sell only 10 we don't charge for it since we didn't meet MOQ
