How to find and set up the country redirect app for currency change?

Hi everyone,

Almost every Shopify store I have visited has this exact same automatic pop up set up about redirecting the country which then changes the currency and I have been looking everywhere for this exact app but no luck! I’ve tried other similar apps but I’m wondering if anyone actually knows what’s the name of this one or how to set it up?
