How to find id and price_rule_id for discount code creation job?

Hi I'm trying to use the POST Creates a discount code creation job with https://shopify.dev/api/admin-rest/2022-01/resources/discountcode#post-price-rules-price-rule-id-dis.... I have everything set up right except the id and price_rule_id which I'm not entirely sure where to find these values. If someone can point me on the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

Basically where can I find the price_rule_id and the id for this API?
