How to fix Click funnels integration not populating shipping information?

Hello, 

We are using Shopify as a secondary landing page to our Click funnels website. Whenever a purchase is made on Click funnels it is supposed to populate the purchasing information to our invoices side for our vendor to process payment. As of now , we are not getting shipping information like we are supposed to. Is this an issue with the app integration?
