How to fix coding issues after uninstalling the Pre-Order Manager App?

I recently downloaded the Pro-Order Manager App, and then this app has embedded some code that is messing with my dealer pricing. I have discount codes tagged that are no longer tagged at the cart.  I'm being told I have some coding left over after the app was un-installed. The wholesale app is telling me to contact them to fix this. I'm uncertain if the previous app will remove this or not, and need to be prepared to fix this on my own.

After uninstalling an app, you would have to remove the leftover code out of your theme. Please contact your app provider so that they could help you remove leftover code of  Pro-Order Manager.
