How to fix geolocation app issue with region/language settings?

I am setting up a second Shopify account for U.S. transactions. I currently have 2 separate domains and I have duplicated my Shopify website. The next step would be to add in the geolocation app to direct people to the correct site. However, I am unable to use the app because it says I need to add a region/language. I have tested by adding in different countries in shipping settings and adding in different languages, but I am still unable to access the geolocation app. Any tips?

The Shopify Geolocation App will help when you have only one store with multiple languages. For example domain.com/fr and domain.com/de.

If you want to use geolocation to redirect customers between several domains, you will need another app or most likely a custom implementation.
