How to fix Google verification discrepancy for my Shopify store?

My Google Merch Center says my Shopify store has been 

Verified and claimed. However my Shopify Google sales channel app says that my store needs to be verified and claimed. How do I fix the discrepancy?

I would report the issue with Shopify, considering you have mentioned, it's already verified and claimed in GMC. this would be a bug in the app you are using.
