I'm using the Google channel app for my Shopify site. I had recently deleted and re-added the app after some product data didn't seem to be syncing.
It seems that some conversion actions are now inactive and aren't recording new data.
We added the purchase tag to the checkout customizations so that's why its recording but I don't think that's working either.
I turned off and turned on enhanced eCommerce. I've disconnected the Google Ads account in the Google app and reconnected it, that didn't work either.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
