This verification process that you're hitting issues with is a process that is owned by Meta, so even though the error is being flagged within Shopify's Admin for the sales channel, the issue itself is on the side of Facebook. As such, you're going to want to get in touch with Facebook's Support Team for assistance with resolving this. You should see a link in your Facebook Channel that says 'Get Support'. You'll want to click on that, and follow along with the provided steps to get in touch with their support team.
