How to fix shipping rate issue with webkulmarket and Shopify?

Hi guys, I would like to know if anyone of you are using webkulmarket (multi market place) and Shopify. I have a little problem. When a seller add a product and a shipping to the product, all work perfectly. like he had for Canada Post 10$ Shipping for less that 5kg and 15$ for more than 5kg. But the problem is when they configure this, It won't configure into my Shopify admin account, so I can't have the right shipping for the product... anyone can help me with that ?

I used this service for a little bit but found CS to be hard to communicate with. I would double check your shipping and delivery settings in Shopify. Make sure it matches what shipping you have setup in multi vendor app.
