How to fix 'Shop the Look' app not showing as popup?

I installed the app "Shop the Look" in hopes it would help boost sales as we could then tag all products in a photo. After setting it up and enabling it on our website, I cannot get it to show up as a popup when that specific image is displayed. Instead when enabled it shows up as a large white section under the product listing at the bottom of the page. Has anyone ever encountered this or had luck using this app? I've contacted their support team but am still awaiting a response.

Is there an app that will add hotspots to an image so you can tag the other products in the photo? Thank you!
