how to fulfill a pod shirt order through printful app within shopify - shipping and fullfillment

I dont understand how it works. 

Is the fulfillment completed through printful? or shopify with regards to shipping? I dont know how to set up free shipping for my customers. I'm actaully selling through clickfunnels. Then fullfillment is done through shopify via printful app. 

Also, how do we set up the product code? do we use clickfunnels product code? or shopify code? 

How do we handle refunds and complaints?

It sounds like you want to use the app, Printful, to help you create products and fulfill your orders. Is that right?

Printful is a third-party app from our App Store. Since it is a third-party app, it would be supported by the third-party developer who created the app. I did some digging for you and it looks like Printful has their own documentation that you can view on Shipping and Fulfillment. Have you taken a look at their documentation before? 

You mentioned that you want to set-up a product code. When you mention product code, is that something you would need to insert on your Clickfunnels site to show the product on your page? If that is what you are looking for, I recommend checking out the Buy Button feature on Shopify. You can use the Buy Button to add a code to your non-Shopify website so that your product displays on your webpage, and people can make a purchase right on your website. You will need to have a supported payment gateway to use the Buy Button and you can also create checkout links that you can share with your customers through email campaigns, direct messages, or social media posts. There might be a specific process for refunding products using Printful, so I recommend reaching out to their support team for guidance on refunding products and what you can do if a customer asks for a refund.
