How to get user detail from offline app installed by user

I have OFFLINE app and any shop can have multiple users so i want to get the user info who actually clicked the APP LINK which redirects the user to this URL

NOTE: I do not want to get the shop owners email i want the current user detail who actually clicked the App Link

I don't think before authorization Shopify allow you to get any detail related to user.
