How to give user access to a single app?

We are on Shopify Plus paying $1k/week for all the features, but wondering how I can give some team members just access to design and editing apps like Shogun but avoid giving them access to financial app like Little Data and ReCharge?

Looking for a tutorial on single app permissions.

For apps it's currently all or none, check involved apps if they have an external admin.
