How to implement a membership fee and rewards program on my website?

Hi,

I need an app that charges customers a membership fee. Once they purchase, the have free shipping, membership pricing. The pricing will be shown member or not, but can only be purchased when you have membership.

I also need a rewards program where there's VIP tier and points multiplier as you up in tiers. Also an option for a custom benefit because once they reach highest, I will give them special pricing.

NO YOPTO, SMILE. Tried them and they all have 1 feature but not the other.
