I suggest checking out this app called Ryviu Product Reviews App & QA which allows you to import your Amazon reviews and offer a FAQ widget to further support your merchants. If you're looking for other solutions, the Areviews ‑ Reviews Importer app also allows you to import Amazon reviews and has great customization options to match the design of your store. If you have any questions about the apps, or need a hand setting them up, feel free to reach out to the developers directly as they could provide some more information.

You can use Rivyu review app to import reviews from Amazon. Especially, PageFly integrates with Rivyu app so you can build a page with PageFly and display customer reviews to increase trust.

Thanks for the details. We already implemented a review app Judge.Me so I'm
not sure how the other apps you suggested would integrate with this. The
Judge.Me app doesn't have the functionality to directly import from amazon,
but it says it can import from a csv file.



Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks.

I took some time to review the compatibility with the app you were using, and can also confirm that they do not support the functionality to import Amazon reviews directly. Instead, they suggest using a CSV file, which is also a decent option. From my understanding, you would be able to outline the details of your review like, rating, author, body text, avatar, etc. You can read more about via their Help Center here. 

In order to find out the exact functionality for the import apps, you can check out their listing page on the App store, feel free to reach out to the developers directly as they could provide some more information. For instance, the Ryviu Product Reviews App would import directly from Amazon by using their Chrome extension to click and import the reviews. On the other hand, Areviews ‑ Reviews Importer offers Auto Sync. which checks for new reviews automatically and imports them. 

My suggestion would be to review the highest rated apps and check out the one with the most relevant features for your business. If you have any specific questions, reaching out using the Contact form will be the best way to get in touch with them.
