How to import reviews with product photos using Ali Reviews?

Hey guys, I'm using import reviews from csv file in Ali Reviews but it won't let me import product photo. I like this feature because it has the sample reviews (save me tons of time) but the con is there is no way I can input the product photo. Is there any app has the same feature that can also import product photo? Thanks.

I had a quick look at the Ali Reviews app in our app store to see if there was any further info on its functionality we could learn there.

It does appear from the info shared there that this app should support photo reviews and importing reviews via CSV file.

As this is a third-party app you would just need to reach out to its developers for support as we're not experts in their use here ourselves.

You can use the contact details listed there on the app store to get in touch with them to clarify how their creation would work specifically for the task you mentioned.

They would be able to confirm if their app can support this functionality, and how you can achieve what you set out to do here.

The current version of Ali Reviews is not available with adding photos to the reviews imported from CSV file. However, our team is working on the newest version of Ali Reviews - which will be released in couple of weeks, and this version will be upgraded with more functions such as: featuring image link in the CSV file, collecting reviews from other apps like Loox or Yotpo, etc. Therefore, you can widen your choices with this whole new updated CSV feature.
