How to install ShopifyQL Notebook on Development Store

I am trying to install ShopifyQL Notebook app on my development store so I could try out ShopifyQL on test dataset(i.e. Black Friday dataset).

But I can't install the app saying I Shopify Plus plan.

Is it possible to install ShopifyQL Notebook app on development store? or how do I enable Shopify Plus plan on my development store so I could install ShopifyQL Notebook?

Turns out I can install some application freely on dev store and these apps are called Shopify Partner Friendly app and they can be found at : https://apps.shopify.com/collections/partner-friendly-apps

ShopifyQL Notebooks is not on that list.

Perhaps, Shopify Plus Partners[1] has access to more partner friendly application which might include ShopifyQL notebook.
