How to integrate a Shopify store with an existing Angular and Node JS webapp?

I have a webapp with offers inventory management for products and that webapp is created with angular and node js technology.

Now i want to provide a new functionality to the user in which user can connect their Shopify store with the current project. But i am confused about the flow that should i create a separate project for Shopify app or i can create two routes in my existing webapp and use them as App Url and Callback Url.
