How to integrate AiTrillion email automation with my store's newsletter signups?

Hi

I want to integrate my Shopify store with AiTrillion email automation. I have successfully connected it and made the newsletter pop-up (so I know it has been integrated). However, I have a newsletter signup form on the bottom of my front page AND in the page footer, which is not connected to AiTrillion. The website was previously connected to MailChimp and the theme only had the MailChimp action form URL which I have now removed. Ultimately, when entering my email on the bottom of the front page, it goes to HTTP SERVER ERROR 404 page. I contacted the AiTrillion support with this issue and they said:

'As I have checked the bottom newsletter is not coming from the AiTrillion. You need to create a popup in disabled mode and put the embedded code at the bottom.' 

However, I am still not sure how to create the popup in disabled code. Also, how about the footer signup, no info about this? Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

I hope you are doing well! Please create a newsletter signup form. Check this Knowledgebase for creating a newsletter signup form: Steps to create a newsletter signup form.

Just mark that newsletter form as disabled. Copy the embedded code from the edit mode of the newsletter form and paste that code in the theme file (footer section). Currently, the footer newsletter form is not coming from AiTrillion.
