how to know shopify return suggested amount or manual edited amount in order via api?

See their  2 screenshots, 1st screenshot has refunded the total amount which is suggested, but 2nd screenshot has the same order with the order amount edited manually order amount.

==> I want to know how can get the order total amount refunded or manual payment refunded. using API
