How to make Product page option App's work with translator app?

Hi,

I need an App for my Shopify store product page. The several products have over 100 variants. I have used the Infinite Options -app, which is good.

I used the "Dropdown menu" and "tag" the products to the dropdown menu. These are the "must" features I need for a few of my product page.

I'm wondering:

1. If I create a multilingual store, let's say English and Swedish with a translator app - Does Infinite Options (or some other similar app) support a translator app?

2. So, I don't want the create translated store in English, and in product page has Swedish text in the App

Do you know the kind of Apps which work with translator apps? I haven't chosen the translator app yet.
