How to manage B2B wholesale orders in Shopify admin?

HI, 

I am looking for a B2B or wholesale management app that i can use in my store.  I need to be able to enter the customers wholesale customer orders thought the shopify admin section (through the app page is ok).  

Basically our customers give our sales reps the orders and i want our reps to be able to enter the customer orders while with the customers or when they have returned to the office using the admin panel rather than logging in as a customer.  The selected customers get a predetermined % as a wholesale customer. 

The % will need to be able to be set differently for each customer based on the collections.  Eg customer A may receive 25% off food collections and 15% off meat collections.  while customer B may receive 15% off food collections and 10% off meaty collections.

I have tried wholesale bear that looks like it will do what we need but are having some issues that their support people are looking at, but i would be very interested in seeing if there are other apps that can do this.
