How to manage SKU and component inventory for gift sets in retail stores?

I am looking for a solution for my inventory issue.  We pre-make gift sets/baskets and have them ready for purchase in our retail store.   I want each component of the gift sets to show up as one SKU within Shopify and the component inventory to be reduced by the amount of sets made, not sold.   While we might have enough components to make 40 of one set we want the inventory for the SKU to reflect the actual amount made and ready for purchase.  

See below:

SKU 1234

Component A -set includes  2

Component B -set includes  1

Component C- set includes  1

When we make it we want Component A to reduce by 2 and Components B & C to reduce by 1

SKU 1234 would increase by 1

When we sell it SKU 1234 would reduce by 1. 

Does anyone know of an app or a way to accomplish this within Shopify?
