How to measure LCP in admin for Shopify App?

How LCP for the app in admin is calculated in Shopify? Cause when I open my app in admin, and inspect LCP with performance metric in developer tools, I get LCP of around 3s most of the time. but when I check in this Shopify App insights - it shows approx. 6 seconds. How could I measure this value to exact? Cause in this insights portal they refresh it every 24 hours so testing this would take a lot of time. Can anybody help me with measuring LCP, cause I want to get built for shopify badge? 🙂 Thanks!

yes it is useful but with it I also get very good scores. 1-2 seconds of loading. But when in admin performance the scores are 3-4s.
