How to move off the General and Security screen

I'm new at Shopify. Working from my Labtop and having trouble moving to the next screen. My current screen displays "General and security". I've completed the questions.

Could you share a screenshot of the screen you're stuck on? You may be experiencing a local issue, so you can try clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to access Shopify.
